During the pre-event, participants will have the chance to meet the mentors and judges, form teams, and network over snacks and games.

Teams must check in with equipment on time, and stay on event premises throughout hackathon period, unless allowed to leave.

The opening ceremony for DeerHack 2023 is scheduled to take place in the Sagarmatha Hall, Deerwalk Complex.

During the 36-hour hacking period of DeerHack 2023, all teams are required to build and submit their projects.

The Initial Project Screening will eliminate projects and shortlist the finalists.

Our esteemed panel of judges will evaluate the work presented by our finalists throughout the event and determine the winners of DeerHack 2023.

DeerHack 2023 winners will be announced marking the end of the event.
